Cancellation policy

Dear customer,
Below are the cancellation policies valid for services booked with Blitz Exclusive Srl:

For the STANDARD service types, i.e. all service types involving a fiberglass motorboat and/or Mercedes-Benz E-Class, V-Class or Sprinter, you may cancel the service free of charge within 24 hours of the confirmed booking time.
In the event of a no-show, the penalty is 100%.


For DELUXE service types, i.e. all service types that include a wooden motorboat and/or Mercedes-Benz S-Class, you may cancel the service free of charge within 48 hours of the confirmed booking time.
In the event of a no-show, the penalty is 100%.


For EXCLUSIVE service types, i.e. all service types with MOA-N.Y.C. water limousine and Mercedes-Benz S Maybach, you may cancel the service free of charge within 7 days of the confirmed booking time.
In the event of a no-show, the penalty is 100%.


For VIP SERVICE types, i.e. all types of services involving VIP assistance at the airport, both on departure and arrival, you may cancel the service free of charge within 24 hours of the confirmed booking time.
In the event of a no-show, the penalty is 100%.


For PARK service types, i.e. all types of parking services in Car Valet mode, the booking cannot be cancelled; it is possible, by prior agreement, to request a voucher valid for one year in order to reschedule the service. The voucher request must be processed within 7 days of the confirmed booking time.
In the event of a no-show, the penalty is 100%.


For BOAT CHARTER service types, i.e. all types of private boat services available (such as Riva, Imago, My Way), it is possible to cancel the service free of charge within 7 days of the confirmed booking time.
In the event of no-show, the penalty is 100%.


During peak season periods (Biennale Arte, Biennale Architettura, Biennale Cinema, Redentore), bookings made cannot be cancelled in any way.

The client, at the moment of booking, explicitly declares to accept the terms and conditions of the service including all the cancellation policies described above.
